Orange Home Builders (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://oh.builders (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors to our Site and users of our services, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California law.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may collect the following categories of information:

Some of our advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) may be considered to receive personal information in exchange for services in a manner that California law treats as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. See Section 6 for your opt-out rights.
- DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete a project, maintain business and warranty records, comply with legal and licensing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Construction-related records may be retained for the period required by California statutes of limitation applicable to construction defect and contract claims.
- YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, and the purposes for collecting it.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., completing a contract, legal compliance, warranty records).
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, contact us using the information in Section 10 or adjust your cookie preferences via our cookie banner.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where applicable, limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted under the CCPA.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request using the contact information in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
- DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our Site currently does not respond to DNT signals; however, you may opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 6.
- DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
- THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as review platforms and social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
- CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
